Beef Short Ribs


Beef Short Ribs take some time to cook, but they are worth it when they are finished!


For the dish

  • Beef Short Ribs

  • Salt 

  • Pepper. 



Set BBQ up for indirect cooking  @ 105'C (220'F)

Trim any large pieces of fat from the ribs.

Then apply a generous covering of Salt & Pepper 

I used some Cognac Oak Barrel Wood Chips in the Pellet Smoker Rube.

Place directly on to the BBQ, in the indirect area. 

These Ribs took for hours to cook. Tested them with a Tooth Pick, went in with no resistance.

Remove, wrapped in foil, placed in Cool Box wrapped in a towel until ready to serve.
